Are you tired of counting calories, carbs or fat? Have you been sucked into one of the many "fad diets"? What if I told you that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all diet – that the key to achieving your ideal health actually has very little to do with strengthening your will power? Would you believe me? Achieving your health goals starts with a desire to tune in to your unique body and mind – and a willingness to listen to what it needs to thrive.  

When we fill our diet with more God-made real food, and steer away from highly processed fake foods, we begin to free ourselves from the grip of addictive substances like processed sugar and chemical ingredients. 

Join Stephanie in January as we strip it down to the basics. No calorie counting, no restricting carbs or fat or attaining any magical number of protein. We'll simply focus on eating REAL Food. Yep, the food that the good Lord gave us, food that grows from the ground and comes from healthy animals (if you choose). Stephanie will give you options in this Real Food Reset, based on your individual needs and health desires. You can pick the plan that works best for you.

This Reset program is designed to be 4 weeks, because it's been proven that it takes 21 days to start a new habit. AND did you know that when people worked toward a goal together, as part of a supportive community, they have a 70% success rate compared to only 35% when tried alone? So, give yourself 4 weeks and let's do this TOGETHER! Can't do all 4 weeks? No problem, you can still drop in to the class that works for your schedule, your life. (However, First class is required for informational purposes)

This Real Food Reset Program will help:

*Saturday, January 5th: 10:30-12 pm $29 
Sunday, January 13th: 1-2 pm $19 drop in
Saturday, January 19th: 10:30-11:30 pm $19 drop in
Sunday, January 27th: 1-2 pm $19 drop in

Commit to all 4 weeks for $79 or pay each individual drop in fee above.
