I’m Stephanie Neighbor Kubik, and I’m the heart behind Vella.
My passion for yoga, pilates, and wellness fuels my mission to help women feel strong, connected, and balanced. With a background that includes two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, a 300-hour master teacher training in yoga therapy, mat pilates training, and a health coaching certification, I bring a depth of knowledge and experience to every class. My goal is to create a welcoming environment for men & women of all ages to move, breathe, and find their inner calm.
Alongside my daughter Ellie, I also help run Ella Floral Design, infusing events with nature’s beauty and a touch of artistry.
I’m also incredibly grateful to work alongside a team of dedicated teachers who share my passion for spreading love, wellness, and connection. Each of them brings their unique strengths and heart-centered approach to every class, creating a welcoming and supportive community at Vella.
My mission is simple: to inspire men & women to be the best version of themselves through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connections.
