  • New to yoga or looking to refresh your foundation? This 3-week, workshop-style series is designed to give you the confidence and tools you need to step onto your mat with ease.

Each week, we’ll break down essential yoga poses with a focus on proper alignment, helping you feel each posture in your body and understand what to do—and what not to do—for safe, effective practice. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive, welcoming environment that encourages questions and exploration.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, this series is the perfect way to deepen your understanding and prepare for any class on our schedule.

The series is intended to take all classes in a row. However, if you miss one of the weeks, you can make up that class anytime during the next month.
