Rooted in Renewal: Embracing the Season of Healing
As the seasons shift and new life begins to bloom all around us, I’m feeling a deep sense of gratitude—for fresh starts, healing, and the beauty of slowing down. Many of you know I recently had a hip replacement surgery, and I’m happy to share that I'm healing well! I'm officially walking without assistance and have transitioned off pain medication - YAY!
Now on to PT next week to work on my overall mobility.
This journey has been a humbling reminder to listen closely to what my body needs—lots of protein, intentional rest, slow movement, and grace. Recovery isn’t linear, but I’m leaning into the slower pace and letting this season of healing teach me patience and presence.
Spring is also the perfect time to pause, breathe, and realign with the goals we set at the start of the year. That’s why we're excited to host a 2nd Quarter Goal-Setting Workshop—a space to reflect, reset, and get clear on where you want to focus your energy next. Whether you’re feeling off-track or simply want a moment to check in, this workshop is a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with your purpose and power.
And of course, we’ve got some fresh new energy at the studio, too! Exciting new classes are launching this month, designed to support you in moving with intention, building strength, and feeling your absolute best from the inside out. Whether you're returning to your mat after a long winter or looking to deepen your practice, there's something here for you.
Let’s step into this new season together—with lightness, strength, intention and clarity.
