Who Am I
Who am I?
That was the question posed in my meditation course last week—and I had to pause. Sure, I can list plenty of roles: I’m a mother, daughter, wife, bonus mom, and dog mom. I’m a former banker turned yoga and Pilates teacher, a wellness coach, athlete, baker, cook, and organizer. I’m kind, compassionate, and loving.
But who am I really—beyond the labels and the things I do?
When I sat with that question, the answer that bubbled up was this: I am a lifelong learner and teacher. I absolutely love discovering new things and sharing what I learn. Not a day goes by that I’m not researching, reading, or digging into some new health or wellness insight to pass along.
I encourage you to get still and quiet when you ask yourself that question. Meditation and yoga help me clear my mind and truly tune in—and in that stillness, I can hear the deeper truths start to come through.
So now I ask you: Who are you—really? Outside of titles or work, what’s at your core?
Get quiet and see what comes up
